Each artwork includes a certificate of authenticity. The certificate states:

-Classification
-Edition
-Year
-Reference ID
-Signature
Verification can be requested at any time. To verify an artwork, contact Doil Studio directly using the contact form and provide the code.
Verification codes correspond to internal archival records and cannot be reissued.

Size & Fit
Each piece can be worn or exhibited. All garments exist as singular artworks and are only available in the displayed size. Measurements are taken from the garment laid flat.
No alterations, resizing, or adjustments are offered.
Care & Preservation
General care:
-Wash only if necesssary. Washing is at your own risk.
-Turn garment inside out.
-Use delicate settings, max 30C and mild detergent.
-Do not tumble dry or iron.
-Remove detachable components (chains, pins, pendants, hardware) before washing.
-Wash only with similar colours and place inside laundry net.
-Store in a dry, shaded enviroment.
Handwash Only Pieces:
Works designated as handwash only must be washed individually using cold water and minimal agitation.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order confirmation. You will recieve a second notification when the work has been shipped.
Shipping Time
Delivery typically requires 4-12 business days, depending on destination and local conditions. During periods of high volume or international transport delays, extended delivery times may occur.
Tracking
A tracking number will be provided via email once the shipment is dispatched. please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information.

Customs & Duties
All works are shipped from within the EU. Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes may apply for international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by the destination country and value of the artwork.
Tax Notice
Prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT is applied where required by law. EU business customers with a valid VAT ID may qualify for reverse charge.

All works by Doil Studio are classified as individualized goods and therefore exempt from the standard EU right of withdrawal. All sales are final, except in cases of damage, defect, or misdelivery.
