ABOUT ME

Born in 1999 in Northern Germany, I am a self-taught multidisciplinary artist working across textiles, objects, image, and constructed form. My practice centers on translating internal states into material presence.

My background includes drawing, photography, digital art, and occult-influenced graphics, which continue to shape my visual language. Doil Studio has developed into a broader material practice that moves between textile work, wall pieces, sculptural objects, and writing. Material is not merely a surface to me, it is something to be confronted, altered, and carried through process.

I never studied fashion, art, or design within an institution. I built my practice independently, through repetition, failure, curiosity, and discipline. Being self-taught is not a limitation in my work. It is the reason my language developed without external framing. I carry that with pride, but also with awareness that growth requires constant refinement.

My work is shaped by themes of alienation, loss of control, psychological pressure, transformation, and the abstraction of the human mind. It explores the human need to manifest inner states into material form, focusing on preservation, transformation, and the residue of emotion in different compositions.
